Experience Bull Riding at Home with Big Country Toys

Perhaps you think you’re the next Matt West or good ole Clint “CA” Adkins or have left a recent PBR (Professional Bull Riders) event thinking it would be fun to recreate at home.

Now of course, a living room is no place to let a bull run loose, think of the furniture, windows or coffee table. No of course not, you can’t do that.

The new interactive playset comes complete with a chute, timer, bull and rider and to start the action all it takes is the push of a button. Perhaps you’re a fan of the riders who opt to wear a cowboy hat…Big Country has thought of you as the bull rider included with the set comes with the option to choose to have him ride with a cowboy hat or helmet.

For the purposes of this review the debate of whether a rider should wear a helmet or not or even the brand/style of a helmet will not be covered. Suffice to say Big Country Toys included both so, your choice for the rider.

It could do be more than just a toy or playset for your living room or game room. It could be a conversation starter as well just sitting on a coffee table and someone asks about bull riding after noticing it sitting there. Well, that’s easy enough sit the helmeted cowboy in position and push the button and manipulate the slider and let them watch.

Of course, you could also bring this out at parties or social gatherings and become the announcer, others be the judges for both the bull and rider. You could practice becoming the next great announcer in the PBR announcing the riders calling the action as it happens safely in your living room.

It is a fun toy to play with and it does take some getting use to but once the button is pushed and that chute pops open, the real fun begins. Depending on where the slider is at it what determines how and where the fun starts. Does the bull jump and kick too hard? Was it set to easy and the 8-seconds were easily met?

The control of that, much like with mechanical bulls to a degree is for you to set and control. Yes, you control whether it’s too much for the rider to handle or give them a seat in a rocking chair, as that’s what an in control bull ride feels like, or maybe make it feel like riding a bag of rocks after you push that button it is all in your control.

It is a fun toy, and a blast to watch the cowboy get flung to the dirt, or catch too much air, as the winter months approach and we are locked inside.
